The Power of a Good Hug...

When we were children we would run and fall down scrapping our knees and we would let out a howl. Our mothers would run to our rescue sweep us up in their arms and hold us close. The pain and the hurt would fade away in the safety of those loving, caring arms.

The truth is.. Everybody needs a hug now and then. We need to feel the arms of a friend, someone who cares about us, holding us and reminding us that people still care and that they are there to help see us through.

Do yourself and someone else a favor.. Give someone a big hug and let them know that you care.
