Dear Lord,

So far today God, I've done all right;

I haven't gossiped, haven't lost my temper,

haven't been greedy, grumpy, nasty,

selfish, or over-indulgent.

I'm very thankful for that.

But in a few minutes, God,

I'm going to get out of this bed,

And from then on

I'm probably going to need

a lot more help.

Amen.

Help Us To Be Better People..

We all need a little help to be the kind of people that God wants us to be. We need to pray every day that the Lord will help us walk worthy of the name that our Lord has given us.. Christian.

We want to the world to see the best we have to offer. We want them to see a radiant smile, hear words that encourage and build people up, see a bounce in our step, a joy in our hearts.. We want them to see the goodness of God in our lives and in our deeds.

Lord, that is our prayer for this week.. "Help us to show forth your love, peace and joy to the world. Let it begin with our joyous smile and end leaving behind a sweet aroma of the presence of Christ. Amen."
